We got a visit yesterday from Grandma Krone. She came up to take Layla to the botanical gardens. Being that it is early April, there was lots of color with the tulips, azealas, and flowering trees all abloom. Gorgeous shades of pink, purple, red, and yellow.
We pushed Layla in her stroller and walked all the way around the gardens, several miles. Then Mom treated us to a delicious lunch at Sasafrass, where we had soups, sandwiches, and salads. Layla drank milk.

Yesterday was a day filled with beauty, joy and the love of family.
