All good things must come to an end...

I go back to work tomorrow, and we take Layla for her trial day at daycare before she starts for real on May 10th. These past 3 months with her have been amazing, and Jeff & I consider ourselves extremely lucky to have been home with her as much as we have. Layla is such a joy, and I don't mind that my days for the last 12 weeks have been filled with the mundane...feeding, changing diapers, going for walks, wiping up spit-up, sitting around the house...they have been special because we have had so much uninterrupted time to watch her grow and learn.

I am going to miss this sweet face tomorrow!
