Two weeks ago, when the temperature was very agreeable for a change, we took Layla to the Botanical Gardens for the Wed night Jazz Fest. Dad drove over after work and tagged along with us. We packed picnic food, and off we went.
We couldn't hear the music very well from where we were sitting, but there was plenty to see. Trees and birds and people to watch.
Layla had a great time playing on the blanket while we enjoyed our cheese & crackers. She is really into laying on her back and grabbing her toes.
