Oompa Loompa Pants
Bought Layla some knit pants at Target the other day; size: Newborn (5-8 lbs). Got home and put them on her and they are the weirdest, misshapen pants in the world. Not only are they HUGE on our 9-pound baby, but they are short and have extra material built into the hips, giving her that nice, Oompa-Loompa-look. Overall effect: creepy. Did I mention they have 3 rows of ruffles on the butt?

Looks like Layla is enjoying some "Hammer-time" in her Target Hammerpants. Makes us think back to the numerous times when her Mommy wore Hammerpants...red ones, shiny silver ones, and gold ones in her grade school years.
