Layla is 7 weeks old already. We are a little bit behind in getting pictures uploaded and posted--these are the 6-week old pictures. Layla weighs about 9-1/2 pounds and is 22.25 inches long. Look at those chubby cheeks!
Some of the milestones we've reached as of lately:
* grabbing
* holding head up
* prolonged eye contact
* cooing
* sleeping through the night (3x in a row)
* rolling over onto right side
* smiling (extremely difficult to capture on camera)
In addition to these developments, she's also become extremly adept at pulling out her own hair, leaving really attractive bald patches on both sides of her head!
One of Layla's favorite things to do: stare up into the corner of the living room ceiling. Why? Because ceiling beams are exponentially more interesting to look at than Mom & Dad.
