Last Days of "Summer"

St. Louis was gifted with a few extra days of 80 degree temps earlier in the week, so I wanted to spend as much time outside as possible.  I dread the thought of being stuck in the house all day with an active toddler, so my plan for the winter months is to bundle up and play outside anyway, even if it is only for a few minutes a day.

We had fun drawing with sidewalk chalk.  She managed to break every single stick within the first 30 seconds of the package being opened!

She is also really enamored with the rocky area along the side of the house.  She loves to run back here and cause all sorts of mayhem.  When her little friends come over to play, she likes to bring them all back here and show them how to throw rocks against the house.

Big gusts of wind were on the way.

Fall is officially here!
