She has always been very interested in her hands & fingers...she would put them in her mouth one by one and lick them like they were a toy. She also has been sucking on her hand a lot when she gets hungry. But as of this week, she has progressed onto full-blown thumbsucking.
She hasn't figured out how to make a fist yet, so she lays there with her thumb in her mouth and her hand fanned out over her face. She has even figured out how to get her hand out through the top of her swaddle and suck her thumb to sleep every night.
Layla's been such a good baby in every other way...I suppose if she develops one bad habit we can forgive her :)
